Hotel and Air Fare Tips:  Patients arriving from out-of-town often find good rates on hotels and air fare to New York through various websites.   The Wellington, Marriot Courtyard and Carvi Hotels have been the most accomodating to my patients.   Ask for the hotel manager on duty when seeking good rates on hotel accomodations when calling these hotels directly.   Parking garages in the midtown-East area are more reasonable before 11AM during the week and on Saturdays.   Metered parking on midtown streets is available but very restricted during the week.
